Lone fighter Tony Mitu Jr to represent PNG at Oceania Wushu Invitational

This Sunday, May 24, Tony Mitu Jr will become only the second athlete to represent Papua New Guinea on the international Wushu stage.

Mitu has travelled to Brisbane, Australia, to compete in the men’s 70kg Sanda (full-contact sparring) division at the Oceania Wushu Invitational Championships. Hosted by Kung Fu Wushu Australia, the tournament runs from May 21 to 25 and is supported by both the regional and international Wushu federations.
